"What is the best way to navigate Atravco™.com?"

"How do I cancel a reservation?"
Check the policy of your individual vendor. Be sure and
print out your confirmation page at the end of your booking. Since we offer
access to 100's of travel vendors such as airlines, hotels, inns, car
rentals, cruises, tour operator, etc.. it is best to directly contact
the vendor without adding any additional steps, time, or parties into
the process.
"How can I pay for my tickets?"
You must have a valid credit card with a billing address
where the tickets may be sent. Most major airlines are using the E-ticket
method.
"When can I book my reservations on-line?"
You can book your reservations on-line 24 hours/day, 7 days/week
i.e. ... 24/7.
"How do I get my tickets?"
It depends on the airline. Some may issue paper tickets; while
most now
will issue an electronic ticket (E-ticket) that will be waiting your arrival at the airport.
"How long does it take to receive my tickets or
travel documents?"
Upon booking approval, paper tickets will be sent best means available
via UPS, DHL, FedEx, Airborne, or Priority US Mail and you should receive
it (them) within 3-5 business days. It is advised that you order your tickets
as far in advance as possible for delivery and pricing sake.
Travel documents for some vacation packages and cruises will not be sent out
until 2 to 4 weeks prior to your departure date.
"In what currency can payment be made?"
For airline departures, the payment is currency of the departure
country. For other reservations such as hotels, car rentals, condo's,
tours, and others, each vendor or tour operator will specify currency.
